I’ve kept away from coffee for a while now because I have really bad acid reflux and the crash it causes afterwards always has me struggling at work. I started drinking it at the beginning of my shift (I work rotating 12 hr shifts) and I had no crash during my night shift. The taste is a little different from coffee, but it’s a taste that I really enjoy. It was easy to mix into the water and I chose to drink it warm as it’s been quite cold where I am.
